Hi, You can call me Kai. That's my nick. The word "aztheg" is a derived word in Filipino. In translation, aztheg is used as an adjective to describe something good. I take designing not just as a form of art. It's a passion. Design is my life. It's my daily vitamin. It's something I do before going to bed, and something I can't wait to do in the mornings. Without it, my world would be dull and gray. I discovered designing through the years way back my childhood. As I began to admire every piece of art, I decided to make it a hobby, a goal, an ambition, a dream to be fulfilled. Now I am a graphic designer. And I do love my job. As you can see, I reside in the South Pacific, and I prefer looking for job near my area - preferably within Rizal Philippines. I have experiences working on a designing firm & outsourcing. Biography: aztheg who? The man behind the word aztheg was Kai Castillo. It all began beginning to think what kind of screen name would fit for his amateur comic book. Since then he then go for the word astig. On some point, the word astig is definitely inapplicable - due to it's non-creativity of word usage. In the latter part, giving it a little bit of luxurious approach, and a little twist, he came up with the word aztheg. And by all means, he got known for the word. Some had mistaken it as a name of some villain or any juvenile by the word itself. But what the creator wants is to give the word a respective reputation so for it to be accepted in all aspects. aztheg's creations aztheg's creations were far from the best of the world. Yet, he treats designing as his passion. Having this kind of mentality gives aztheg a disciplined attitude towards designing and working with art. However, he knows that there's still a need for improvement. He's proud for his artworks. He definitely wants to entertain people without giving the misconception of art as just a form of one's outer expression, but also the conviction and commitment to his work. And that's what passion gives you. It's not the ability or the talent to make an artwork, but to finish an artwork because of whole-hearted interest in working with it. Why aztheg? There're certainly lots of words to choose from. But why choose a delinquent type of word? It's simple. The world itself is having their heads turned upside down - making the delinquent acceptable, and the goody thing rejected. The Filipino word astig was used in all occasion. And in Philippines, may people call themselves as astig not knowing the meaning of the used word. The word astig also implies a tough reputation. And a strong conviction behind the word is really something to be appreciated. And then on, the word was used to describe something good (awesome, amazing, great, etc.).
